The Frymaster GF40 SD Fryer is a 122,000 BTU gas fired fryer with 40 50 lbs. shortening capacity. Specifically designed for high volume frying and produces 80 lbs. of french fries per hour frozen to done. Features an easy to clean open pot design, a deep cold zone, no burner tube radiants to burn out, and no cleaning or adjusting air shutters. Shown with optional casters.
